For initiating any medical treatment with OPD or Indoor, Registration at Reception located at ground floor is a must. Reception remains open 24*7. 
Greenland Nursing Home Pvt. Ltd. has a dynamic admission process that is transparent and convenient for our patients and their family members. In case of an In-Patient stay, the following protocol is followed:

• Based on the advice from the Consultant, if you require admission, then you need to complete required formalities at Admission Counter.

• Admissions are accepted round the clock.

• Patient must carry a Government issued identity document (Passport, Driver’s license, Aadhar card).

• Please make sure to carry previous medical health reports if necessary.

• You are requested to carry your own personal toiletries, clothing and slippers as the nursing home does not provide them.

• You are advised not to retain any precious jewellery, large sums of money or other valuables during your stay in the nursing home.

• Greenland Nursing Home Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage to of your items.

• The admission procedure covers some formalities to avoid future complications and should usually take some time.

• A minimum deposit amount is advised by the admission desk staff to be deposited at the accounts cash counter. This amount varies depending upon the area/ward in which patient is being admitted.

• If your account is to be settled by any empanelled companies / organizations / Third Party Administrator (TPA), you must bring with you the insurance card and/or the necessary documents from the company clearly indicating that they have taken the financial responsibility for all medical treatment. Your treatment will be in the category specified by your insurance company. You should feel free to enquire about the approximate cost of treatment, nursing home charges, cost of investigations etc., either during admission or earlier from our Reception for efficient time management and decision taking.
