We are committed to providing a safe, quiet and healthy environment for our patients, their family and friends. Hence Visitors are requested to abide by the following guidelines - 

• ​Please note that the visiting hours are from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and 04:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. (Kindly keep the number of visitors to the minimum to avoid cross infections).

• Visiting hours for the ICU's are variable and only one visitor is allowed during the visiting hours.

• Please refrain from visiting patients if you have symptoms such as fever, cough or cold.

• Please wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand rub before and after visiting patients in the hospital.

• Children of age 12 and under are not encouraged in visiting patients due to their relatively low immunity.

• Visitors should maintain a quiet environment and avoid unnecessary noise to optimize patient rest. Keep visits short and quiet.

• Due to confidentiality, visitors may be asked to leave the room during tests or treatments or when doctor/nurses consult with a patient.

• Visitors should refrain from sitting or lying on patient bed, floors of patient rooms.
  Visitors are not permitted in non-patient areas such as utility rooms, nurses’ stations and kitchens.

• No food or beverage may be brought into patient rooms except patient's meals.

• Visitors are not permitted to administer any medical treatment(s) to the patient.

• Please do not make use of candles, dhoop, agarbattis, lighters, matchboxes etc. as they are a potential hazard in a hospital.

• Nursing staff may restrict the number of visitors, if the condition of the patient in the room requires it.

• The hospital is a No Smoking Zone. Smoking, Chewing Tobacco, Paan or Consumption of Alcohol is Strictly Prohibited.

• Please switch off your phones and other wireless equipment where critical medical equipment such as the CCU / ICCU / NICU / CTVs ITU equipment & patient monitoring systems in patient areas and the Intensive Care zones in the hospital are in operation, as these interfere with the sophisticated patient monitoring systems.

• In case of fire, use Fire staircase following signage.

• Please co-operate with Security Staff and the lift-man.

• Please use staircase while coming down.
